To secure your place in line, a non-refundable $25 Reservation Fee is required. This fee ensures that you will receive first choice of available units, based on the order in which reservations are received.
Reservation Terms:
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The $25 reservation fee guarantees your priority selection of available units when leasing opens.
This fee is non-refundable and not applied toward rent, deposit, or other move-in costs.
If you choose not to proceed with leasing, your reservation will be released and the fee forfeited.
Final unit selection and confirmation will occur once your lease agreement is signed and all required deposits are paid.
